Project Scope/Concept: This 33 acre athletic field development included a synthetic turf field, seating for 800, a flex classroom, locker rooms and storage, a press box, and a unified multi-purpose athletic venue for football, track, baseball, rugby, lacrosse, and soccer.

Services Provided: Program development, bond funding support, construction contracts, total budget, overall schedule, “other contracts,” municipal approvals, quality control, CD development, and construction supervision.
