Project Scope/Concept: HB Cornerstone managed the expansion of this 137 year old school’s classroom and athletic facilities. The classroom building includes 13 fully furnished rooms for science and mathematics instruction, a full service loading dock, expanded cafeteria services and space, new kitchen facilities, and a student lounge. The new multi-use triple court field house features 1,000 seat bleachers, coaching and training offices, lockers, and a “sky box” board room.  HB Cornerstone’s services also included planning and managing Canisius High School’s renovation and relocation to new administrative offices within a 100 year old Delaware Avenue mansion.

Services Provided: Program and planning development, bond funding support, construction contract development, total budget and schedule development, design and management of “other contracts,” city approvals, quality control, supervision of CD development and construction.
