Project Scope/Concept: HB Cornerstone was chosen by the Capello’s beauty organization to develop, design, and construct new day spa facilities to support Capello's rapidly expanding business needs. These needs included traditional hair styling services as well as expanded relaxation and beauty services. Capello’s Salon & Day Spa features dedicated spaces for massage, aroma therapy, manicure / pedicure, dry sauna, lockers, showers, and specialty procedures, as well as providing adjacent leaseable space for affiliated service providers. The design was carefully crafted to produce a luxurious and calming destination while still respecting the owners budget and need for functional / durable facilities.

Services Provided: Program development, architectural and interior design, bidding, municipal approvals, construction contract negotiations, value engineering, comprehensive budget and schedule development, funding support, design and management of all “other contracts”, and quality control.
