Project Scope/Concept: Currently under construction with an early 2009 planned occupancy, Constellation Brands' new corporate headquarters was carefully planned and scaled to articulate the natural surrounding, preserve green space, and capitalize on the scenic views of the Bristol hills. "Green" features were incorporated throughout the design process and interior space was designed to be flexible for future growth with consistent areas of open space to maximize natural light. Key features include a three story open stair and lobby, wine cellar, private dining facility, large dining center, full service commercial kitchen, 3,200 sq. ft. corporate fitness center, training facilities, executive board room, and underground parking garage. An extensive security system, phone and data systems, audio visual technology, signage, and furniture are also included in the project's scope of services.

Services Provided: Architectural and interior design, lease negotiations, work letter and program development, comprehensive project management services including total budgeting, overall scheduling, "other contracts," design review, quality control, move management, and facilities management.
