Project Scope/Concept: Our Client, an out of town developer needed to provide additional medical offices to a fully operational hospital. The new space had to complement the existing architecture, yet offer new styling reflecting the needs and design criteria of the new medical tenants.

Services Provided: Project coordination, schedule and cost tracking and control, and project close-out. Phase #2 involves renovations to an existing medical office building and adding surgical units.
