Project Scope/Concept: The New York Wine and Culinary Center is a two-story restaurant, wine tasting, educational and retail facility promoting the wine, agriculture, and culture of New York state’s Finger Lakes area. The culinary educational center includes a wine tasting room, theatre, gallery, private dining restaurant, gift shop, and administrative offices. Its design also includes a commercial kitchen, a teaching kitchen equipped with nine cooking stations, and a demonstration kitchen equipped to accommodate 50 people and the videotaping of cooking demonstrations.
Services Provided: Architectural and interior design, city approvals, quality control, project management services including total budgeting, overall scheduling, “other contracts,” construction supervision, quality control, and facility and operations contracts.
