Your Advocate and Owner Representative When you hire HB Cornerstone, you have a team of experienced construction professionals working as your advocate and owner representative. We approach each construction project from the singular perspective of the owner and are dedicated to delivering projects that exceed expectations. By exclusively representing the owner, we are not restricted or conflicted by other construction roles, tasks and responsibilities. This ensures that your best interests and the best interests of your project are met.
PLANNING AND DESIGN
As Planning and Design Professionals, we are passionate about delivering the best possible balance of design, cost and functionality. Design and Development We provide traditional design services to support all phases of your construction project, ranging from feasibility studies, program generation, design development and construction document production through construction administration. Design Services Our interior design services include space planning, finish selection and furniture design and range from preliminary design and presentation development through specification/construction document development and construction supervision. HB Cornerstone LLC is not an architectural firm and thereby in accordance with New York state law, cannot provide architectural services.
