Project Scope and Concept: HB Cornerstone is overseeing a three-year, multi-phased $30 million capital improvement project for the Frontier Central School District’s high school, middle school, administration building and four elementary schools. This work includes asbestos abatement, new windows and roofing, interior renovations, and technology and infrastructure improvements, such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The project’s scope also includes supervising the construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft. library/media center.
Services Provided: “Clerk of the Works” full-time project representation to the district. Acting as the “eyes” of the board in this role, we provide full-time, on-site supervisory functions and continuous inspection for the entire project. This includes trade and owner coordination; budget, schedule, and change order development and tracking; payment application review and approval; construction document review and comment; and quality confirmation.
